An anionic acrylic-modified aliphatic polyurethane composite aqueous emulsion designed for leather finishing.
Based on an anti-yellowing raw material system, it suits white, light-colored and colored upper leather, corrected-grain leather, sofa leather and automotive interior leather; it combines filling and covering, coating adhesion and abrasion resistance, simplifies on-site formulation and replaces blends of several single-component resins with excellent batch consistency.
Soft comprehensive resin
Soft, elastic film; resists low-temperature flexing without cracking; excellent full hand feel after milling.
Recommended use: middle coating for sofa leather, car-seat leather and soft leather.

Product features

3. Built-in lubricating and anti-blocking components; excellent dry/wet rub fastness without adding large amounts of wax.
4. Suitable for spraying, roll coating and brushing; well compatible with most pigment pastes, casein, hand-feel additives and crosslinkers.
5. Simple compounding with far fewer on-site mixing errors; ideal for continuous large-scale leather production lines.

Store sealed at 5-35 °C in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from light and heat; shelf life 6 months
